This library contains commands for dealing with information from a file's icon.
However, it only has commands for reading this information, not changing it or
creating new icons. You can read things like the tooltypes, default tool,
comment, as well as pretty much everything else that is displayed when you select
'Information' from the Icons menu in the WorkBench.
The source for this library is available in the library developer archive (see documents section).
