This library has one purpose and only one command. It is used for searching areas of memory
(specified by start address and length) for a string, and is meant as a replacement for
the Instr command. It is supposed to be fast, and it is. Testing it showed it to be 4 times
faster than Instr. The library is distributed as source, with full instructions on how to
create the library in the archive.
